Lisa Young

Director

As I reflect on Huna Totem Corporation (HTC) today and celebrating 50 years of history, it is important to acknowledge and thank the past leadership for their vision and hard work. What inspired me to run for a board seat was my desire to give back to HTC through my career and work experience in accounting & finance. In addition, I have lived a service-oriented lifestyle – which is no surprise, as I had a “front row seat” and watched my father, Frank O. Williams, Jr. live a life of service in so many tribal organizations, including HTC.

Finally, as a Huna Heritage scholarship recipient, I knew my path would lead me back to serving shareholders someday. I look forward to creating future milestones for HTC as we move into exciting new projects, by staying attune to opportunities, maintaining our high levels of service with all our current operations, thanking all the HTC employees (past, present and future), and serving HTC with what is best for the shareholders first and foremost. Gunalchéesh for giving me the opportunity to serve these last four years and I will continue to work hard for you, the shareholders, for years to come.
