Tyler Hickman

Sr. Vice President, Icy Strait Point

Tyler joined Icy Strait Point in September 2005 as Program Director and took over the role of Vice President of Operations in February of 2007.

Born and raised in South Lake Tahoe, California, Tyler spent his youth fishing, camping, hunting, skiing, running, and enjoying the mountains. Moving from Lake Tahoe to Santa Cruz, Tyler became obsessed with scuba diving, spending hours diving on the north coast of California and the Monterey Bay as a certified scuba instructor. Diving eventually took him to Royal Caribbean Cruise Line where he was employed as the Watersports Manager and has more than 14 years work experience aboard Royal Caribbean vessels and private destinations. This is where Tyler met his wife Colleen who was working as First Officer on the Mariner of the Seas in 2005.
