Amber Henderson

Strategic Initiatives Director
Hunatek

Amber Henderson is the Strategic Initiatives Director of Huna Totem’s federal contracting subsidiary, HunaTek Holding, LLC. Prior to this role, she served as the Compliance Director with HunaTek and the Director of Federal Contracting for Huna Totem. Prior to roles at Huna Totem included Director of Federal Contracting from 2020-2022, Director of Administration from 2017-2020, Director of Operations for Dear North from 2015-2017, and Huna Totem Corporation’s Shareholder Relations Manager from 2011-2015. 

Amber is Tlingit and her family is from Hoonah, the town where Huna Totem Corporation shareholders originate. She is also a Huna Totem Corporation shareholder.

Amber’s family moved all around Alaska as her father was an Alaska State Trooper. Her final years of secondary school were spent in and around Anchorage, Alaska. She then acquired her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Amber graduated with her Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Rural Development from the University of Alaska Southeast fall of 2017.
